Pets are Welcome on all flights

FREQUENTLY AIRED QUESTIONS

Since 2010, we’ve been flying clients throughout the Northeast, Eastern Canada and beyond – focusing on customer safety and convenience. We’re based out of Waterville Robert LaFleur Airport and Lewiston-Auburn airport in Maine as well as Portsmouth International Airport in New Hampshire. These strategic locations allow us to best serve our clients by offering the most flexible flights in the air.

Much more than just a numbered seat on a flight – you get the whole plane! For a fixed price,  based on your itinerary, you call the shots – where to go, where to be picked up, who to fly with, etc.  And if you think charter flights are just for celebrities and CEOs…think again. We offer fair prices paired with exceptional service that once you fly Air New England, you won’t want to settle for anything else.

Yes, all associated taxes and fees are included. If you’ll be traveling outside the United States, we’ll notify you prior to your flight of any potential additional costs such as overtime charges.

Plan to arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your flight. Our crew will be standing by to welcome you aboard. No more spending hours in line for the screening and ticketing process!  Jump on…fly away!

  • Always have your photo ID such as driver’s license or passport as they’re mandatory for boarding – even if regularly fly with us and we recognize you. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) mandates that we check all IDs prior to boarding.
  • Be mindful of your luggage. Even though you have a whole plane to yourself, there are limitations as things must be stowed properly per FAA regulations. Give us a call with any questions you may have.
  • For flight calculations to ensure overall safety, we must have the true weight for each passenger prior to flight. You’ll receive a reservation form prior to the flight asking for names, birthdates and weights. Whether you gained 10 pounds over the holidays, or lost it for your summer beach body, we need your actual weight – and we won’t tell a sole.

All passengers on international flights must have a valid passport to travel to and from the United States. Without this identification, you will not be allowed to board the aircraft. Citizens of non-U.S. countries may have additional entry requirements, such as visas and notarized authorizations. For information on U.S. entry requirements, please visit the U.S. Bureau of Consular Affairs

Absolutely! Our pets are more than best friends – they’re family, so flying with them is a great part of the Air New England experience. They must remain in an FAA-approved carrier for the duration of the flight (sorry, no heads out the window during fly time). Note that owners are responsible for all paperwork required by country of origin and destination. If you’re planning on traveling with your pet, please contact us ahead of time so we can best accommodate your needs.

Complimentary light snacks and drinks are available.
